2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

3 Deposit and Withdrawal
3.1 Deposit Terms
Approved payment methods for depositing funds on bhaji account are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

4 Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bhaji account offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 with a wagering requirement of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.
The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. If this requirement is not met, the bonus will be cancelled and any winnings earned from the bonus will be forfeited.
4.2 Other Promotions
Each promotion — including the weekly reload, cricket festival bonus, birthday gift, refer-a-friend bonus and Monday slots special — has its own validity period, wagering requirements and maximum limit. The specific terms of each offer are listed on the promotions page.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false information is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
5 Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on bhaji account are considered final. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven. If a disconnection or browser closure occurs, the game session will continue and the result will remain valid.
5.2 Sports Betting
For betting on cricket, football and other sports, the applicable rules and odds for each event are clearly stated on that event's page. If a match is abandoned or a result is not officially determined, bhaji account will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.
5.3 Casino Games
The RTP and rules for slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other games are available on the relevant game page. The outcome of each game is determined by a certified random number generator (RNG).
5.4 Technical Errors
bhaji account reserves the right to reasonably settle any rounds or bets affected by server downtime, software errors or any other technical issue. bhaji account is not obliged to pay out any winnings generated as a result of a clear error.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
The bhaji account VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses: up to 0.4% for Bronze, up to 0.8% for Silver and up to 1.2% for Gold.
For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback. Cashback is automatically credited to the account on a weekly basis.
VIP tier advancement depends on the program's rules and the volume of play. bhaji account reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bhaji account:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Accessing or using another person's account.
- Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
- Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or gain an unfair advantage (arbitrage).
- Harassment, threats or abusive behaviour towards other players or staff.
- Participating in any fraudulent or illegal activity.
If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.

13 Account Closure and Termination
13.1 At the User's Request
You may request the closure of your account at any time through the support team. Any active bets must be settled before closure, and any withdrawable balance may be withdrawn through the normal process.
13.2 At bhaji account's Discretion
bhaji account reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account due to a breach of terms, fraud, abuse or legal requirements. The user will be contacted with the reason in such cases.
14 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute or claim will first be addressed through negotiation. If both parties cannot reach an agreement, resolution will be sought through a recognised alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process.
